Great location, close to downtown with restaurants, easy access to main road with taxis, grocery, and money exchange. Underground pass to monasteries and churches. Warm and accommodating staff, especially Ms. Mariam at breakfast.

I recently spent a weekend in a hotel that had a great location, just a short walk to the bustling downtown area with an underground pass that allowed easy access to the different tourist attractions. The staff was exceptional, greeting me warmly upon my arrival and always offering great tips for the best places to eat and visit. The breakfast offered was also something I found amazing, with different options to choose from each day.

The room was a bit of a letdown and not what I had expected from the photos online. There was also no "do not disturb" sign available to hang, which could be a bit of a hassle at times.

Located within walking distance of major attractions and friendly staff make this hotel a great choice for budget travellers. the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and spartan design. the freshly laundered linen adds to the overall cleanliness of the room. the breakfast is okay with plenty of restaurants nearby. the hotel is inexpensive compared to larger properties with marque names and well connected with metro station and other transportation facilities.

Some minor noise disturbance due to external factors.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the location was perfect for me as it was close to public transportation and many of the attractions that I wanted to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and made my stay even more pleasant.

Despite a few hiccups, my Xmas stay was still somewhat enjoyable. the best aspects of the hotel were the comfortable bed and the charming room design. the hotel is located just a few minutes' walk away from downtown, with easy access to restaurants, taxis, and money exchange locations.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing.
